Better Board Meetings

This session is about planning and conducting effective Board meetings, so that decisions are made, information is shared and time is used well. The format will be a presentation and interactive discussion, with a special emphasis on the roles of the participants, the items that need to be discussed, and best practices for agendas and recording. Participants will receive a planning checklist and an agenda template.
